Continuous Stay Programming
Our 30-day and 90-day programs offer care coordination and housing stabilization services to help guests access community resources.
30 Day Program
30 Day Stays
Guests can stay up to 30 days, during which they work with dedicated case managers to secure stable housing, connect with community partners, and establish income stability. Guests also receive three meals daily, private access to bathing and laundry facilities, storage of personal items, access to a small private kitchen. Guests are not required to check in or out.
Care Coordination
Care coordination and housing stabilization services are provided to aid guests in linking to supportive services within the community that include, but are not limited to, mental health, substance use, legal, physical health, permanent supportive housing, mainstream benefits, employment services, assistance obtaining vital documents, budgeting and income navigation supports.
Requirements
Guests must be a Douglas County Resident, LCS or Community Partner Referral, or receive wrap-around services with community agencies.
90 Day Program
90 Day Stays
